                                Hello everyone! Welcome back to Environment Kids. We are going to be talking about the rainforest! The rainforest is a very special place. It provides most of the worlds medicine and part of the worlds food and spices. They also provide air, water, and shelter to rainforest animals. It even provides some of the worlds cash crops.  Medicine                     As I mentioned earlier the rainforest provides most of the worlds medicine. Medicines that the rainforest provides are Quinine, Vincristine, Vinblastine, Physostigmine Cortisone, and even Tubocurarine. These medicine can treat malaria, babesiosis, leukemia, lymphoma, neuroblastoma, Wilms tumor, glaucoma, relaxants in surgery.
